MA Final Project

My final project for my MA Illustration and Animation was an installation based on the fun and fear of the fair. I was looking at the unnerving nature of entertainment, our desire to be scared and the factors that allow this experience. I was also looking at our relationship with the miniature, how we interact and respond to small things (i.e. if we see a tiny doll's house sized oven we assume it is a toy, not that it is reserved for the making of especially minute portions) and how this response can be subverted. All of the models and installation were hand made/ constructed.
